5. The laser can realize curve cutting.
6. The laser can be used to precisely cut the edge of the PCD/PCBN cutting tool. It can reduce stress damage to the cutting tools during processing and prolong the service life of the cutting tool.
7. The laser cutting and drilling machine can realize laser micropore processing.
8. The service of cleaning the tool tips and chamfering can save customers a lot of preparation work before welding.
9. We can process 1000 pieces of ￠74/1.6t PCD blank. Our processing scope covers various super hard materials, including PCD/PCBN blanks, PDC, CVD diamond, tungsten carbide and ceramic.
